Naturally occurring sleep is little different for each individual. According to Ayurveda, depending upon the Prakriti, duration, quality of sleep varies. Generally Kapha Prakriti people have very sound sleep; they also sleep for a longer duration. Vata Prakriti people generally have disturbed sleep and they sleep for lesser period. Pitta Prakriti people have sound sleep but they sleep for lesser duration.
